Late payments may result in a delay of services or suspension of the project.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide clear project requirements and timely feedback.
Supply all content, branding materials, or access credentials when needed.
Review and approve deliverables within the project timeline.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, designs, and information as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
6. Revisions & Changes
We offer a limited number of revisions based on the initial scope of work.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver error-free solutions, but we cannot guarantee our services will be 100% error-free at all times.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
Any outstanding work will be billed accordingly.
All completed work up to that point will be delivered.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
